Who can apply to become a partner?
Restaurants, grocery shops and other supported businesses can apply through vendor registration. Available business modules and countries are shown in the form. Each application is reviewed before activation.
How do I get started?
Choose Become a partner, enter your account details, upload your store logo, add your business details and confirm your store location. Review your information and submit the application.
What should I prepare?
Have your account and business contact details, a clear PNG store logo up to 2 MB, and your store address ready. The form will ask for an identity document if the registration policy requires one. Additional business requirements may be confirmed during review.
Can I select my store location on a map?
Yes. You can search for an address, allow your browser to find your location, or select a point on the map. Manual address and coordinate entry are also available. Check and confirm the location before continuing.
Is Tawsill available in my area?
Select your registration country and store location in the application. Final service coverage and delivery arrangements must be confirmed during onboarding; a listed country does not guarantee coverage at every address.
What are the fees and commission?
The vendor information page currently shows illustrative fees only. Your actual application fee, subscription, commission and any applicable taxes must be confirmed in your partner agreement before activation. This page does not collect a payment.
How will I receive orders and payouts?
After approval and setup, use the vendor tools enabled for your account to manage orders. Your payout method, timing and deductions must be confirmed during onboarding. No fixed payout schedule is promised on this page.
Can I offer vouchers or reward reviews?
Store offers and review rewards depend on the features and rules enabled for your account. Review rewards should recognize honest feedback, regardless of its rating. The website’s planned 5% offer and signup bonus do not automatically activate a vendor promotion.
Can a home-based business apply?
Ask our team about the requirements for your business type and country. Acceptance depends on applicable requirements and application review; home-based status alone does not guarantee eligibility.
What happens after I apply?
Your details are submitted for review. Our team can contact you using the information provided to confirm requirements and next steps. Submitting an application does not immediately publish your store or purchase a subscription.
