About this policy
This draft Privacy Policy describes the website features currently implemented. It is not a completed privacy notice for every Tawsill mobile app or backend service. The legal data controller, processing grounds, retention rules and relevant country-specific rights must be confirmed before publication as an effective policy.
Information you provide
Registration forms request your name, email address, phone number, registration country and password. Vendor applications also request store details, a PNG logo and location coordinates. Driver forms request a service category and relevant vehicle details; taxi registration requests gender. Customer gender is optional and is used to prioritize eligible nearby female taxi drivers for female customers, with fallback when none is available. An identity document is requested when required by the active registration settings. Submitted information is sent to Tawsill’s registration service for account or application processing.
Location and address tools
When you choose to find your location, your browser asks for permission to obtain coordinates. The website can send those coordinates to Tawsill’s address lookup service to find an address. Vendor address searches also send your search text and country to that service. You can enter an address manually, correct the result or choose a store location on the map. Always confirm the address before continuing.
Maps and external services
The vendor map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. Loading tiles sends requests to that provider, which can receive your IP address and the map area requested. Address lookup services may use additional providers; those providers and their processing locations still require confirmation. External websites linked from Tawsill have their own privacy notices.
Browser storage
The website uses local browser storage to remember your theme, motion preference, language, selected area and saved delivery address, including building details you enter. These values remain in that browser until replaced or cleared. You can remove them through your browser’s site-data settings. Removing site data may also sign you out of other Tawsill sessions. The new vendor wizard keeps unsent form values in page memory rather than saving passwords or uploaded files in local storage.
Sessions and technical information
Registration uses same-origin sessions and a request-verification token to submit the form. Browser requests also transmit technical information such as an IP address and browser headers to the receiving server. A full inventory of server logs, cookies, analytics and retention periods must be confirmed; this draft does not assert that the entire platform is free of tracking.
How information is used and shared
The implemented forms send information for registration, application review and location selection. The final policy must identify the approved purposes and processing grounds, authorized recipients, service providers, any international transfers and applicable safeguards. This draft does not claim that data is sold or that it is never shared.
Retention and security
Browser-stored preferences and addresses can be cleared on your device. Deleting browser data does not delete information already submitted to Tawsill. Server retention schedules, account deletion procedures and security practices require confirmation by the operator. Do not upload documents unrelated to the application or enter payment-card details into registration fields.
Your choices and requests
You can decline browser location access, enter an address manually and clear locally saved site data. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection or other uses of your information. Send privacy and legal requests to legal@tawsill.app. The detailed request procedure and relevant complaint authority must be confirmed for the final policy; no response deadline is established by this draft.
Children and policy updates
The applicable minimum age, guardian requirements and handling of children’s data must be confirmed before these policies are finalized. This draft has no effective date. Changes to the final policy should identify the updated version and explain material changes to users.
